Questions

Is the worksheet maker really free?
Yes, and there is nothing to sign up for. Type a name, pick a family, print. We ask for an email address only if you want the full set of family sheets sent to you, and you can ignore that entirely.
Why does the writing get smaller down the page?
Because that is how support comes off. The first bands are large with a model to trace, and each one after is smaller with less to copy, until your child is writing on lines with only a dot to show where to start. It is the same gradual release the app uses across its three levels.
What is the dot at the start of each line?
Where the pencil goes first. It sits on the writing line itself rather than floating above it, because the most common reason a letter comes out wrong is starting it in the wrong place. There are no arrows: an arrow tells a child what to look at, not what to feel.
