Who we are

My Letter Family makes a handwriting practice app for kids aged 5–10, published on the Apple App Store. This policy covers both the app and this website.

The app: no personal data from children

The app is built for Apple's Kids Category and collects no personal data from children:

• No accounts and no sign-in, nothing to register, nothing to remember.
• No chat, no social features, no user-generated content leaving the device.
• No advertising and no third-party ad tracking.
• Progress (stars, levels) is stored on the device.
• Purchases and external links sit behind a parental gate.

This website: parent email capture

The only personal data this website collects is the email address a parent chooses to give us through a signup form. We also store basic campaign tags: how you found us, which ad or page you arrived from, and the page you signed up on.

We use it to send the free Starter Pack and launch updates. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To unsubscribe or to have your data deleted, you can also write to privacy@myletterfamily.com at any time.

Emails are stored with our email service provider. Provider details will be listed here once confirmed; your email is never sold or shared for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies that require a consent banner. We plan to use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count visits without identifying visitors.
